The high-level process we follow includes:
- In-depth review of project background documentation including the original business case analysis, needs assessment, project scope, etc.
- Review of project planning documentation including project plan, risk management plan, communication plan, design specifications, etc.
- Review of current project status, risk items, and plan of actions and milestones for the project. This is oftentimes done in coordination with the current project team members.

- Present recommendations to appropriate leadership to include high priority items, proposed implementation plans, and cost/schedule estimates.
- Once the ideas are identified and approved; we will work with your employees or contractor personnel to provide management oversite of the projects for successful execution; however, we will not perform the actual work (e.g. software development, etc.) so that we can provide unbiased consulting support.
